I saw Richard Gray's illustration  and think of  Frankenstein the movie. Mixed and matched with quirk. Impressive abnormal expression within fatal beauty. Pencil drawing mixed with computer graphics seems to be characteristic for Gray' s illustration.  Little spooky feeling goes with his illustrations.

Today' s illustration fortune goes to Nikki Farquharson. Who is the hottest new talent on the scene at the moment, as exemplified by her edgy work which embraces colour, pattern and typography.
I can say she's not my own favourite, but her style in general clearly hit the moment.

Fontaine Anderson sweet illustrations are lovely amazing. Look at the finishing of illustrations, perfectly decorated, take a lot of patient from author. When I look her illustrations I really think that drawing is a kind of meditation.

I found new rising star from Finland,  Jesse Auersalo' s work illustrating the new wave in current illustration world- dark and intimidating but the attention to detail and meticulous rendering contrast to create strong iconic imagery.
